Create your artist’s statement – include your biographical and education information PLUS what you want potential customers to know about you and the art you have entered into the show. If you are accepted for the show, this will appear on the gallery website with a representational image of your selected work. Submitting a resume is optional.

Select jpg images to enter. An image may include more than 1 item, File format: JPG only; 1 MB minimum; 5 MB maximum; File resolution: standard web resolution; 72 pp/dpi. Edit your photos before you upload them. Name each jpeg file as follows:

• YOUR last name and first initial_ Art Title..jpg

• Example: SMITH_J_TeddyPicnic,.jpg

For each photo/item you are entering, you will asked to include:

​

• Title of the work – maximum 60 characters including spaces

• Material/Media

• age

• Dimensions in cm 29.7 x 42.0 cm,

• Example: TeddyBeachPicinic, 297 x 420 mm or 29.7 x 42.0 cm,

• A3 size is 297 x 420 mm or 29.7 x 42.0 cm

If you are selected, a representational image will be included in the online The Teddy Bear competition . Once you have gathered this information, you are ready to create an entry.

Art Category options: The online form includes a drop down box of art categories. Select the best category for your entry. If the choices do not “fit” your work or, your entry , (i.e. Watercolour and Oil-Acrylic) select Other and clarify the media of each in the item description.

Entry fees are $15 for one work, including GST Entry fee(s) are non-refundable and cover administration, return postage and handling.

 

Entries are not complete until a non-refundable Gallery entry processing fee is paid. Please complete the relevant payment below the entry form.
